The staff was helpful. They provided directions and recommendations. My room had a small balcony, a nice addition for enjoying the fresh air. I found a minimarket very close to the hotel. The breakfast had a great variety (the olives were my favorite!).

The reception staff was available 24/7 and always willing to assist with requests, such as providing extra towels or arranging transportation. They responded quickly. Front desk personnel offered directions to nearby attractions and assistance with luggage storage.

My room featured a king-size bed, a work desk, and a seating area with a sofa. The room temperature was easily adjustable. There was a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel).

the breakfast had a good selection that could fit all tastes. the restaurant lady was lovely and helpful. she had a big charming smile . the location was good and the staff were very friendly.
the hotel is located on a busy road. it was hard to sleep well at night because of the traffic. the windows did not keep the outside sounds out. i could hear cars and honking late into the night.

I appreciated the staff's helpfulness, especially osman, didem, and furkan. They were very friendly. the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. i found the cleanliness of the blankets and bed sheets excellent. It. the hotel provided an excellent level of comfort .

underwhelming stay, issues with a/c and noise
broken acconstant traffic
The a/c barely worked. The room was too warm. i reported this, but nothing changed . the noise from outside was constant. i couldn't sleep well because of the traffic. it was quite frustrating. I expected better.
